This article about air hunger and liberating the natural breath appeared in the book Paths to the Alexander Technique (Hite Publishing, UK). I hope it’s helpful to anyone with similar experiences. In any case, I think the Alexander Technique’s potency is grossly underrated and unrecognized, so I’m happy to do what I can to spread awareness about this body of work.
